Week 11 Regular Season Southern California Signal The Light Basketball Rankings

1. Fullerton (18-1): The Hornets remain at the top spot in our rankings after having the week off. Fullerton had games postponed but still remain at our top spot. This season, the Hornets are 11-1 against teams that have a winning record, and Fullerton is 9-1 against teams ranked inside our week 10 rankings. This upcoming week, the Hornets will be in action one time as Fullerton will take on 4th ranked Santiago Canyon on Wednesday at home and follow that up with a road game against Orange Coast on Friday.

2. Ventura (18-2): The Pirates remain at number two in the rankings winning their lone game last week. Ventura has now won six in a row after the Pirates cruising past Moorpark 92-50 in conference action. This season the Pirates have put together a 5-2 record against teams that have a winning record and Ventura is 3-2 against teams within our week 11 rankings. This week, the Pirates will face Moorpark on the road in their lone game of the week.

3. San Diego (18-3): The Knights continue to roll and remain at three in our rankings. San Diego picked up a 76-59 win over Southwestern in their lone game of the week for their 9th straight win. This upcoming week, the Knights will face 13th ranked Miramar on Wednesday at home and follow that up with a road game against Palomar on Friday evening.

4. Santiago Canyon (17-2): The Hawks remain put at number four in our rankings going into week 11. Santiago Canyon cruised past Golden West two times putting up over 100 points in each game in their victories. This season the Hawks have put together an 8-1 record against teams that have a winning record and have compiled a 4-0 record against teams within our rankings. This week is a big week for the Hawks as Santiago Canyon will face 15th ranked Saddleback at home tonight, follow that up with a road game against top ranked Fullerton on Wednesday and end their week at home against 9th ranked Riverside on Friday evening.

5. San Bernardino (16-4): The Wolverines stay put at number five after picking up three wins last week. San Bernardino picked up wins against Desert, Copper Mountain and Palo Verde in conference action extending their winning streak to five games. This season the Wolverines are 8-4 against teams that have a winning record and have a 7-3 record against teams that are ranked within our rankings. This upcoming week, the Wolverines will face Copper Mountain on the road tonight, follow that up with a road game against 12th ranked Cerro Coso on Wednesday and end their week against Victor Valley at home on Saturday.

6. West Los Angeles (18-3): The Wildcats continue to roll and stay put in our rankings at number six. West Los Angeles took control of the Western State South Conference race with their 10th straight win by picking up victories over Antelope Valley and Citrus in a big game. West Los Angeles has put together a 6-3 record against teams that have a winning record and have a 4-3 record against teams within our rankings. This week, the Wildcats will face Los Angeles Valley on the road tonight, follow that up with a home game against Los Angeles Valley on Wednesday and end their week with a road game against Bakersfield on Saturday.

7. East Los Angeles (20-4): The Huskies remain put at number seven in the rankings after putting together three wins last week. East Los Angeles picked up wins over Mt. San Antonio and knocked off Rio Hondo twice last week as the Huskies have won ten straight games. This season the Huskies are 10-4 against teams that have a winning record and East Los Angeles is 4-4 against teams that are ranked within our week 11 rankings. This upcoming week, the Huskies will take on Los Angeles Trade Tech in their lone game of the week at home on Wednesday evening.

8. Los Angeles Southwest (16-5): The Cougars move up two spots in the rankings after picking up two wins last week. Los Angeles Southwest picked up wins against El Camino and Cerritos and the Cougars have won six straight games and lead the South Coast South Conference. This season the Cougars have put together a 5-5 record against teams that have a winning record and LA Southwest is 1-4 against teams that are ranked within our week 11 rankings. This week, the Cougars will take on Long Beach on Wednesday and follow that up with a home game against Compton on Friday.

9. Riverside (16-6): The Tigers move up two spots in the rankings after putting together three wins last week Riverside beat Orange Coast, Cypress, and Irvine Valley as the Tigers continue to roll. This season Riverside has put together a 6-6 record against teams that have a winning record and the Tigers are 3-5 against teams ranked within our week 11 rankings. This week, Riverside will face 15th ranked Saddleback on Wednesday and follow that up with a huge game on the road against 4th ranked Santiago Canyon on Friday night.

10. Citrus (17-6): The Owls move down two spots in the rankings after going 2-1 last week. Citrus picked up wins over Santa Monica and Bakersfield but had a setback at home against a very good West Los Angeles team. This season the Owls have a 8-6 record against teams that have a winning record and Citrus is 3-5 against teams within our week 11 rankings. This upcoming week, the Owls will take on Santa Monica on Wednesday at home and follow that up with a road game at Canyons on Saturday.

11. Mt. San Antonio (14-5): The Mounties drop two spots in the rankings after going 1-1 last week. Mt. San Antonio picked up a win against Pasadena but suffered their first conference loss against a very good East Los Angeles team. This season the Mounties have put together a 4-4 record against teams that have a winning record, and Mt. San Antonio is 2-4 against teams ranked within our week 11 rankings. This week, the Mounties will face Compton on the road tonight, follow that up with another road game against Rio Hondo on Wednesday and end their three game week against Los Angeles Trade Tech at home on Friday.

12. Cerro Coso (16-4): The Coyotes move up two spots in the rankings after going 1-0 last week. Cerro Coso went on the road and picked up a gutsy 76-69 win over Chaffey. Cerro Coso has now won five of their last six and have posted a 4-4 record against teams that have a winning record and thee Coyotes are 1-3 against teams inside our week 11 rankings. This week, Cerro Coso will face Chaffey at home tonight, 4th ranked San Bernardino on Wednesday and end their week on the road against a dangerous Palo Verde team.

13. San Diego Miramar (15-6): The Jets move up two spots in the rankings after picking up two wins last week. San Diego Miramar picked up wins against Grossmont and Imperial Valley and have now won five games in a row. This season, the Jets have a 5-5 record against teams with a winning record and Miramar is 2-2 against teams that are ranked within our week 11 rankings. This week, the Jets will face Imperial Valley at home tonight, face 3rd ranked San Diego on the road on Wednesday and end their busy week at home against MiraCosta on Friday.

Saddleback picked up wins against Orange Coast and Santa Ana and have won three of their last four games. This season the Bobcats are 3-7 against teams that have a winning record and Saddleback is 0-5 against teams ranked within our week 11 rankings. This week, the Bobcats will face 4th ranked Santiago Canyon later tonight, face 9th ranked Riverside on Wednesday and end their week against Orange Coast at home on Saturday.
