After one week, not a lot has changed in the top half of our Signal The Light Basketball Norcal Rankings as San Francisco, Sequoias, Yuba and Chabot stay put in our top four but Porterville enters our top 5 for the first time this season. A lot of movement in the Northern California rankings as we feel it could be a season where teams will be moving around a lot. Santa Rosa and Skyline drop out the rankings and Merced and Ohlone enter the rankings for our week 1 rankings.
