1. Citrus (18-2): The Owls remain our top team in Southern California as Citrus has now won 15 straight games. Citrus has not lost a game since November 19th when the Owls lost at Riverside and remain unbeaten in conference action. This season the Owls have put together a 8-2 record against teams that have a winning record with their best win coming against San Diego on December 10th. This week the Owls will face 15th ranked West Los Angeles on Wednesday and follow that up with a road game against Bakersfield on Saturday evening.

2. Fullerton (20-1): The Hornets remain put at number two as Fullerton continues to roll in Orange Empire action. Fullerton picked up a win last night against Golden West and the Hornets have won 13 straight since losing to San Bernardino on the road on November 29th. This season the Hornets have put together a 13-1 record against teams that have winning records with their best win coming against San Francisco on November 17th. This week, Fullerton will be in action two more times as the Hornets will face Santa Ana on the road on Wednesday and follow that up with another road game against 14th ranked Cypress.

3. San Bernardino (18-3): The Wolverines remain put at number three after putting together a solid streak of late. San Bernardino has won seven straight games since losing to Salt Lake City CC and have not lost to a California Junior college since November 13th when the Wolverines lost to Saddleback. This season, the Wolverines are 7-3 against teams that have put together a winning record with their best victory coming at home on November 29th against Fullerton. This week, San Bernardino will be in action two more times as the Wolverines will face Desert at home on Wednesday and follow that up with a road game against Chaffey on Saturday night.

4. East Los Angeles (17-3): The Huskies also remain put at number four after picking up three straight wins since losing to Los Angeles Harbor. East Los Angeles has started conference play off with two straight wins and have been playing solid basketball all season long. East Los Angeles has put together a 8-3 record against teams that have posted a winning record with their best win coming against West Valley this season. This week, the Huskies will be on the court one time as East Los Angeles will host Los Angeles Trade Tech on Wednesday for their lone game of the week.

5. Los Angeles Harbor (17-3): The Seahawks move up three spots in our rankings from last week. Los Angeles Harbor beat Long Beach and Compton and have won seven of their last eight. This season Los Angeles Harbor has put together a 6-3 record against teams that have a winning record with their best win coming against East Los Angeles. This upcoming week, the Seahawks will face 11th ranked Cerritos on Wednesday and follow that up with another home game against El Camino on Friday night.

6. San Diego (16-4): The Knights drop two spots in the rankings following a loss against Palomar last week. San Diego has been one of the hottest teams in the state as the Knights have won eight of their last nine games and have played solid in Pacific Coast Athletic Conference action. This season the Knights have put together a 7-4 record against teams that have a winning record with their best win coming against Yuba. This week, the Knights will be in action twice as San Diego will host Grossmont on Wednesday and follow that up with another home game against Cuyamaca on Friday.

7. Ventura (16-5): The Pirates move up a couple spots in the rankings after posting a couple of victories. Ventura has won eight of their last nine games and the Pirates are battling for a conference championship in the Western State North Conference. This season, the Pirates have put together a 6-5 record against teams that have a winning record with their best win coming against Mt. San Jacinto. This week, Ventura will face off against 12th ranked Allan Hancock on Wednesday and follow that up with another home game on Saturday against Oxnard.

8. San Diego Miramar (17-3): The Jets drop two spots in the rankings following the last rankings posted. San Diego Miramar has won seven of their last eight games and picked up a win over San Diego Mesa last night. This season the Jets have put together a 6-3 record against teams that have a winning record with their best win coming against Los Angeles Harbor. This week, the Jets will be at home against Palomar on Friday after picking up a win over San Diego Mesa last night.

9. Mt. San Jacinto (15-4): The Eagles move up one spot since our last rankings after a great week. Mt. San Jacinto has won five straight games after picking up a win against Cerro Coso last night and staying within a game of first place San Bernardino in the Inland Empire Conference race. This season the Eagles have put together a 7-4 record against teams that have a winning record with their best win coming against Cypress. This week, the Eagles will face Victor Valley on Wednesday and follow that up with a road game against Palo Verde on Saturday.

10. Cerritos (14-6): The Falcons drop three spots from our last rankings after going 1-1 last week and losing at home to Los Angeles Southwest. Cerritos has won four of their last five and will look to be a team that should compete for the South Coast South Conference title. This season the Falcons have put together a 6-6 record against teams that have a winning record with their best win coming against Citrus on November 16th. This week, the Falcons will face 5th ranked Los Angeles Harbor on Wednesday on the road and follow that up with a home game on Friday against a very tough Long Beach team.

11. Pasadena (16-6): The Lancers continue to move up our rankings and jump up another spot this week. Pasadena is one of the hottest teams in the state and picked up a win over Mt. San Antonio and have won ten straight games. This season, the Lancers have put together a 6-6 record against teams that have a winning record with their best victory coming against Los Angeles Harbor. This week, the Lancers will Rio Hondo at home on Friday in their lone game of the week.

12. Allan Hancock (15-6): The Bulldogs move up one spot in the rankings and continue to stay hot after knocking off Santa Barbara and Los Angeles Pierce. Allan Hancock has won seven straight games and 12 of their last 13 after a slow start. This season the Bulldogs are 3-5 against teams that have a winning record with their best win coming against San Diego on November 20th. This week, the Bulldogs will face off against 7th ranked Ventura on Wednesday for their lone game of the week.

13. Palomar (14-6): The Comets re enter our rankings after winning their last three games and come in at number thirteen. Palomar picked up wins against San Diego and Imperial Valley and the Comets have won five of their last six games and are in title contention in the Pacific Coast Athletic Conference trailing San Diego and San Diego Miramar by a game. This season the Comets have a 4-6 record against teams that have a winning record with their best win coming against San Diego. This week the Comets will face Cuyamaca on Wednesday on the road and follow that up with a key road game against 8th ranked San Diego Miramar on Friday.

14. Cypress (13-8): The Chargers entered our rankings as off yesterday at number 14, but did suffer a defeat against Riverside after we had our rankings done. Before last nights loss, Cypress had won five in a row in Orange Empire Conference action. This season the Chargers are 5-5 against teams that have a winning record and Cypress has six losses which have come by five points or less with their best win coming against Riverside. This week, the Chargers will face Orange Coast on the road on Wednesday and follow that up with a home game against 2nd ranked Fullerton on Friday evening.

15. West Los Angeles (13-7): The Wildcats come back into our rankings for after picking up two wins last week. West Los Angeles is 6-1 in their last seven games and are battling Citrus for a conference championship in the Western State South Conference. This season the Wildcats have put together a 5-3 record against teams that have winning records with their best win coming against East Los Angeles. This week, the Wildcats will face top ranked Citrus on the road on Wednesday and follow that up with a home game against Antelope Valley on Saturday.
