1. Mt. San Jacinto (12-0): The Eagles remain the top team in southern California after picking up a win last week in Inland Empire Conference action. Mt. San Jacinto went on the road and picked up a win over Palo Verde for the 12th straight win to start the season. Mt. San Jacinto has put together a 3-0 record against teams that have a winning record but only have one victory against teams within our week six STLB rankings. This week, the Eagles will be in action twice as Mt. San Jacinto will face 8th ranked Cerro Coso on the road on Wednesday and follow that up with a home game against Victor Valley on Saturday.

2. West Los Angeles (10-2): The Wildcats move up one spot in the rankings after picking up a win last week. West Los Angeles picked up a 81-71 home win over Compton for their seventh straight victory. This season, the Wildcats have put together a 4-2 record against teams that have winning records and West Los Angeles has a victory over San Diego as well. This week, the Wildcats will be in action one time as West Los Angeles will face Los Angeles City on the road for their lone game of the week.

3. San Diego (11-3): The Knights move up one spot in the rankings after putting together two conference wins last week in Pacific Athletic Conference play. San Diego picked up wins against Grossmont and Cuyamaca and have won seven of their last eight games. This season the Knights have put together a 7-3 record against teams that have a winning record. San Diego has played one of the best schedules in the state and have opened up conference play with a 2-0 record. This week, the Knights are off and will return to action on January 3rd when they will host San Diego Mesa.

4. Fullerton (9-3): The Hornets move up in the rankings following a win last week. Fullerton went on the road and edged East Los Angeles 70-69 in non conference action as the Hornets have won five of their last six games. This season, Fullerton has put together a 6-3 record against teams that have a winning record and the Hornets have victories against West Los Angeles and Chabot. This week, the Hornets will open up Orange Empire Conference play as Fullerton will host Golden West on Tuesday and follow that up with a road game against a dangerous Santa Ana team on Thursday.

5. Mt. San Antonio (9-1): The Mounties enter the top five for the first time this season after moving up one spot in our latest rankings. Last week, Mt. San Antonio picked up a 72-64 home win against Riverside for the second straight win after dropping a game against Chaffey. This season the Mounties have posted a 3-1 record against teams that have a winning record. This week, Mt. San Antonio will have the week off and return to action on December 28th when the Mounties will host take on Orange Coast.

6. Citrus (7-4): The Owls drop four spots in the rankings following two losses last week. Citrus lost to West Hills Lemoore and Cerro Coso who were both ranked and the Owls have lost three of their last four games after having a six game winning streak. Citrus is 3-4 against teams that have a winning record and all four losses are against teams that are ranked within our STLB rankings. This week, the Owls will be in action one time as Citrus will host Long Beach on Tuesday for their lone game of the week.

7. Moorpark (10-3): The Raiders stay put in the rankings following a win last week Moorpark needed double overtime but the Raiders edged Santa Ana 102-100 to pick up their fourth straight win. This season the Raiders are 6-3 against teams that have a winning record and the Raiders have victories over Fullerton, West Los Angeles and Cerro Coso which are all in our top ten of our week six rankings in Southern California. this week, the Raiders will be in action twice as Moorpark will face San Diego Miramar on Thursday and follow that up the next night with a game against MiraCosta.

8. Santiago Canyon (9-3): The Hawks stay put in the rankings after having the week off and not having a game. Santiago Canyon is currently on a three game winning streak and have posted a 3-2 record against teams that have a winning record this season. This week, the Hawks will open up conference play with two games as Santiago Canyon will take on 11th ranked Saddleback tomorrow and follow that up with a home game against Riverside on Thursday.

9. Cerro Coso (10-2): The Coyotes stay put in the rankings after picking up a win over an ranked opponent last week. Cerro Coso cruised to a 78-59 win over Citrus and the Coyotes won their second straight game. This season the Coyotes have put together a 3-1 against teams that have a winning record and Cerro Coso has victories over Moorpark, Los Angeles Southwest and Citrus who are all ranked in our STLB rankings. This week the Coyotes will be in action twice as Cerro Coso will face top ranked Mt. San Jacinto at home on Wednesday and travel to Barstow on Friday in Inland Empire Conference play.

10. Allan Hancock (9-4): The Bulldogs stay put in the rankings after putting together three wins last week. Allan Hancock knocked off Ohlone, Siskiyous and Monterey in Northern California and the Bulldogs have now won five straight games. This season the Bulldogs have a 4-2 record against teams that have a winning record this season including two wins last weekend. This week, Allan Hancock will have the week off and return to action on December 29th when the Bulldogs will face MiraCosta.

11. Saddleback (7-5): The Bobcats remain in the same spot as last week as Saddleback had the week off from game play. Saddleback has a 1-5 record against teams that have a winning record but all of those losses have come against teams that are ranked within our rankings. The Bobcats have lost three of their last four games but will return to action this upcoming week after having last week off. This week, Saddleback will open up conference play against 7th ranked Santiago Canyon on Tuesday and follow that up with a road game on Thursday against Golden West.

12. Los Angeles Southwest (8-4): The Cougars remain put in the rankings after picking up two wins last week. Los Angeles Southwest picked up wins over Los Angeles Pierce and Cypress on the road to get back in the win column. This season the Cougars have put together a 2-3 record against teams that have a winning record and Los Angeles has a victory against San Francisco earlier this season. This upcoming week, Los Angeles Southwest will have the week off and the Cougars will return to action on January 3rd when they will face Los Angeles City College on the road.

13. Chaffey (10-2): The Panthers stay put in the rankings following a win last week. Chaffey opened up conference play with a 98-81 win and the Panthers have won eight of their last nine games on the season. This season the Panthers have a 4-2 record against teams that have a winning record and Chaffey has handed Mt. San Antonio their lone loss of the season. This week the Panthers will be in action one time as Chaffey will face Victor Valley on the road in Inland Empire Conference play.

14. Santa Monica (7-6): The Corsairs remain in the same spot in the rankings following a win last week. Santa Monica picked up a 92-68 road win over Rio Hondo in their lone game last week and the Corsairs won their third straight game. This season the Corsiars are 4-4 against teams that have put together winning records and Santa Monica has won five out of their last six games. This week, the Corsairs will be off and wont face anyone until January 10th when they open conference play against Glendale on the road.

15. San Bernardino (7-5): The Wolverines stay at the last spot for our week six rankings following a win last week. San Bernardino went on the road and picked up a 63-50 win over Riverside for their fourth straight win. This season the Wolverines have put together a 1-5 record against teams that have a winning record but all of their losses are against teams in our rankings. This week, San Bernardino will be in action twice as the Wolverines will face Copper Mountain on the road on Wednesday and then face Desert on Saturday in Inland Empire Conference play.
