Sophomore Dominique Daniels erupted for 35 points and Sebastian Mendoza added 16 points as 9th ranked San Bernardino (2-2) ended a two game skid and edged 2nd ranked Riverside 80-76 in non conference action Tuesday evening. Darius McClain had 17 points and Courtland Moffatt added 15 points in the loss for Riverside (6-1).

Marques Sales II had 16 points and Caleb Chiang added 15 points as 4th ranked Columbia (5-1) cruised past American River 80-54 on Tuesday evening. Sam Shields had 15 points in the loss for American River (0-8).

Dasean Stevens had 17 points, 9 assists and 8 rebounds and Mateo Blocker added 17 points as Mt. San Jacinto (5-1) won their fifth game in a row with a 98-62 win over Los Angeles Pierce (0-6). 5th ranked San Mateo (7-0) won their seventh straight game to start the season with a 66-56 win over Modesto (1-6). Justice Chase had 11 points for the Pirates in the loss.

Brandon Scott had 15 points and Kyree Dunn added 11 points as Cosumnes River (4-3) went on the road and picked up a 70-65 win over Canada (3-3). Miles Jones had 25 points for the Colts which have lost two games in a row.
