Sean Newman had 20 points and 5 assists and Shaquil Bender added 15 points in the loss for Fullerton (7-1).

15th ranked San Jose (7-3) won their third straight game picking up a 92-89 road win over Los Medanos (4-3) in a battle of ranked teams within our Northern California rankings. Jason Zimmer had 21 points and D’Montay Warner added 17 points in the loss for the Mustangs.

Illyas Rafiq had 23 points and Devon Malcolm added 21 points as top ranked Yuba (4-0) crushed Feather River 98-68 in non conference action on Tuesday evening. Terry Williams had 15 points and Fabian Cox added 11 points in the loss for Feather River (0-9).

Valencia, CA – Long Beach 86 Canyons 83

Lorenzo Marsh made six three pointers and scored a game high of 30 points and Bonard Johnson Jr added 16 points, 5 assists and 5 rebounds as Long Beach (4-3) used a big second half to slip past Canyons 86-83 on the road Tuesday evening. Andrew Henderson had 23 points and 6 rebounds and Jonah El-Farra added 13 points and 7 rebounds in the loss for Canyons (3-4).

Sincere Edwards had 27 points and Darnell Turner Jr. added 20 points as Cerro Coso (4-2) used a late comeback to send the game into overtime and came up with a 72-70 win in overtime on the road against 13th ranked Porterville (4-4). Cameron Walker had 18 points and Assad Madassalia added 11 points in the loss for the Pirates.

Caleb Onuonga had 14 points and Fabian Reichstadt added 11 points as Gavilan (6-2) won their third straight game with a 76-48 road win over Alameda (2-5).

Matthew Villanueva scored a game high of 29 points and Michael Fastion added 10 points and 17 rebounds as 8th ranked Ohlone (7-0) won their seventh straight game with a hard fought 81-74 victory over Merritt (3-3). DJ Leaks had 20 points and Josh Palmer added 13 points in the loss for the Thunderbirds.

In non conference action 4th ranked East Los Angeles (4-1) crushed Phoenix Prep 117-62 on Tuesday evening.

Daniel Fagan had 17 points and Anton Williams added 16 points as Marin (3-5) went on the road and cruised past Modesto 83-64 on Tuesday night. Lydell King had 14 points in the loss for Modesto (1-7).
