In a battle between two ranked teams in Northern California, Jett Cheong had 23 points and Trey Neff added 21 points as 8th ranked Redwoods (13-1) picked up a 81-64 win over 12th ranked Contra Costa (4-4). Miles Lewis had 13 points and Seneca Willoughby added 11 points in the loss for the Comets.

11th ranked San Jose (8-3) picked up a huge 89-82 road win over Diablo Valley (5-5). Malik Edwards had 24 points and Ben Tellez added 18 points in the loss for the Vikings.
Sacramento, CA – Butte 86 Cosumnes River 81
Rolontae Knowles had 22 points and 10 rebounds and Isaac Wood added 18 points and 7 rebounds as Butte (6-6) won their third straight game picking up a 86-81 road win over Cosumnes River (5-6). Brandon Scott had 26 points and 6 rebounds and LaDarious Stanfield added 12 points for the Hawks in the loss.

Four players scored in double figures as Daniel Yardley had 18 points and 12 rebounds and Michael Ernest added 17 points and 11 rebounds as Golden West (2-8) held off Palo Verde 93-84 on Tuesday night. Arthur Edwards had 26 points and Teren Smith added 17 points and 9 rebounds in the loss for Palo Verde (1-9).
