Wild West Shootout – Culver City, CA

In the championship game of the Wild West Shootout Khalifah Muhammad had 13 points and Roy Clarke added 13 points as 5th ranked West Los Angeles (8-1) beat 3rd ranked San Bernardino 76-74. It was the Wildcats 2nd time beating the Wolverines this season as the two teams have played three times this season. Dominique Daniels had 31 poinits and Armon Muldrew added 16 points in the loss for San Bernardino (7-3).

In the 3rd place game, Brandon Fredrick had 46 points and made ten three pointers and Cavin Paige added 23 points and 8 assists as 11th ranked Los Angeles Southwest (8-2) won a high scoring affair 110-98 over Compton (4-4). A Al Najim Ashley had 24 points and James Baker-Dunlap added 19 points in the loss for the Tartars.

In the consolation final at the Wild West Shootout, Jose Acevedo had 15 points and Christian St. James added 14 points and 6 rebounds as Long Beach (5-5) used a big first half to cruise past Moorpark 81-62 on Saturday afternoon. Luka Marich had 18 points and Angel Hammer added 12 points in the loss for the Moorpark (6-8).

In the 7th place game, Christian Taylor had 28 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists and Marc Docarmo added 19 points as Barstow (4-6) used a huge 2nd half to blow out Los Angeles Valley 83-62. Leandre Mcintyre Jr. had 15 points and 5 rebounds and was the only Los Angeles Valley (0-8) player to score in double figures.

Palm Desert, CA – (1) Fullerton 84 Desert 72

Kobe Newton made six three pointers and had 23 points and Ronnie Stapp added 16 points and 6 assists as top ranked Fullerton (8-0) won their eighth straight game with a 84-72 road win over Desert (0-6). D.J. Adams had 22 points and 7 assists in the loss for the Roadrunners.

Monterey Bay Classic – Monterey, CA

In the championship game of the Monterey Bay Classic, Luc Krystkowiak had 17 points as Irvine Valley (6-3) won their fifth straight game and picked up the tournament title with a 51-40 win in a defensive battle over 15th ranked Monterey (8-2). Parker Hunt had 13 points and 14 rebounds and Jayden Madise added 11 points and 10 rebounds in the loss for the Lobos.

In the 3rd place game of the tournament, Trent Goldmann had 21 points and Ramiah Adedigba added 19 points as Cypress (6-4) picked up a 93-62 win over Foothill (2-6).

In the consolation final, Hartnell (4-6) ended their weekend on a good note picking up a 95-92 win over Santa Barbara (4-7).

In the 7th place game of the Monterey Bay Classic, Casey Cappo had 25 points and 11 rebounds and Josh Niusulu added 20 points as Diablo Valley (4-3) picked up a 92-83 win over Feather River (3-6)

Glendora, CA – (6) Santiago Canyon 89 (8) Citrus 86

David Agba had 17 points and 8 rebounds and Preston Sims added 16 points and 12 rebounds as 6th ranked Santiago Canyon (8-1) won their fifth straight game with a 89-86 road win over 8th ranked Citrus (6-2). Jayden Johnston had 18 points and 7 rebounds and Lenoard Turner added 14 points in the loss for the Owls.

James Clark Tournament – Sacramento, CA

Grimmet Glen made eight three pointers and had 26 points and Nash Wobrock added 12 points as Fresno (4-5) got a victory over Sacramento (2-8) in final day action in Sacramento. Khyri Marshall had 23 points and Jake Paxton added 22 points in the loss for the Panthers.

In game two, Jorren Edmonds had 18 points and 5 assists and Lee Jones Jr. added 14 points and 4 assists as 10th ranked Las Positas (9-1) won their ninth game in a row with a 70-44 win over Siskiyous (5-7). Will Dobson had 13 points in the loss for the Eagles.

In the final game of the tournament, Anthony Martinez had 25 points and Dwayne Howell added 15 points as Reedley (4-6) finished off the weekend with a 76-73 win over Cosumnes River (7-3).

Joshua Tree, CA – Copper Mountain 70 Southwestern 61

Tyler Hudson had 21 points and Mikah Blackwell added 17 points as Copper Mountain (3-4) knocked off Southwestern 70-61 on Saturday afternoon. Shawn Sanderlin had 18 points and Alex Archer added 11 points in the loss for Southwestern (3-6).

Gregg Anderson Memorial Tournament – Lancaster, CA

In the semi finals of day two of the tournament, Adrian McIntyre had 33 points and Anthony McIntyre added 21 points and 8 rebounds and 2nd ranked Ventura (8-0) stayed undefeated and moved into the championship gam with a 73-68 win over MiraCosta (3-6). Carter Plousha had 22 points and 6 rebounds and Patrick McLachlan added 18 points in the loss for the Spartans.

In the second semi final game of the night, six Cerro Coso players scored in double figures as Zarius Benson-Moored had 17 points and Josh Miller added 15 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists as 15th ranked Cerro Coso (7-1) won their fourth straight game with a 93-61 win over Antelope Valley (4-4). The Coyotes will face 2nd ranked Ventura in the championship game after picking up the win in the semi finals. Jonathan Daniels had 14 points and 5 assists in the loss for the Marauders who will face MiraCosta in the 3rd place game.

In the consolation bracket in Lancaster, Christian Finney had 18 points and 14 rebounds and Julian Dixon added 17 points as Glendale (6-5) cruised past the Antelope Valley JV 88-60 on Saturday afternoon.

In the second consolation game, Zion White had 19 points and 5 rebounds and Tyrel Richardson added 12 points and 9 rebounds as Los Angeles Pierce (5-5) moved to .500 with a 76-69 win over Rio Hondo (1-9). Sebastian Lara had 20 points and 7 rebounds and George Ashley added 14 points and 5 assists in the loss for the Roadrunners. Los Angeles Pierce will face Glendale tomorrow for the consolation final.

Grossmont Tournament – El Cajon, CA

In the semi finals, Sufyan Elkannan had 20 points and 7 rebounds and Adam Afifi added 16 points and 8 rebounds as top ranked West Valley (9-0) continued to roll with a 91-47 win over tournament host Grossmont (2-6).Nick Mason had 15 points and Vincent Warren added 11 points in the loss for the Griffin.

In the second semi final game, Jonathan Ogugua had 26 points and Josh Williams added 20 points as 4th ranked San Diego (6-2) cruised into the championship game with a 84-56 win over Palomar (6-3). The Knights will take on West Valley in the title game after cruising to an easy win in the semi finals. Noah Woody had 20 points and Chris Howard added 10 points in the loss for the Comets who will take on Grossmont in the 3rd place game.

In the consolation bracket, Atiba Taylor had 24 points and 6 rebounds and Elijah Al-Debaran added 16 points as Saddleback (4-3) used a big 2nd half to advance to the consolation championship game with a 99-81 win over Palo Verde (5-5). Daijohn Stewart had 19 points and Domineque Johnson added 16 points and 6 rebounds for the Pirates in the loss.

In the second game in the consolation bracket, Kobe Pearson had 29 points as Cuesta (3-5) advanced to the consolation final against Saddleback with a 64-57 win over Los Angeles Trade Tech (1-8). Savonn Shawver had 14 points and Dahmaj Warren added 13 points and 5 rebounds in the loss for the Beavers which will take on Palo Verde.

Santa Monica, CA – Santa Monica 103 Victor Valley 84

Eli Degrate had 20 points and 7 assists and freshman wing Alex Villi made six three pointers and scored 18 points and added 10 rebounds as Santa Monica (4-6) made 19 three pointers and cruised past Victor Valley 103-84 Saturday afternoon. Blake Goodrow had 25 points and made seven three pointers and Joshua Ryan added 22 points and 9 rebounds in the loss for Victor Valley (1-10).

Saltwater Classic – Aptos, CA

In the semi finals of the winners bracket, Isaiah Jones made seven three pointers and had 30 points and Deshawn Bartley added 16 points as 3rd ranked Columbia (9-0) won their ninth straight game with a 88-77 victory over 6th ranked San Mateo (8-2). Bobby Arenas had 17 points in the loss for the Bulldogs.

In the second semi final game of the night, Butte (6-3) edged Folsom Lake 77-73 to advance to the title game where the Roadrunners will face Columbia. Dane Johnson had 26 points and Cameron Wall added 23 points for Folsom Lake in the loss. The Falcons will face San Mateo in the 3rd place game.

In the consolation bracket, Kymani Ladi had 13 points and DJ Leaks added 12 points as Merritt (2-5) ended a two game losing streak with a 75-53 win over (2-7).

In the second consolation game of the night, Brandon Harmon had 18 points and Samy Buteau added 13 points as Cabrillo (5-6) advanced to the consolation final with a 85-41 thrashing of Merced (2-7).

Golden Gate Classic – San Francisco, CA

In a match up between two top five teams in Northern California, Naseem Gaskin scored 22 points and Wrenn Robinson added 18 points as 2nd ranked San Francisco (6-1) used an early 2nd half run to pick up a 80-66 win over 4th ranked College of the Sequoias (5-2). The Giants led by three at the break and were led by Conner Jackson which had 17 points and Ryan Johnson added 13 points and 7 rebounds in the loss.

In the first game of the night, Niko Levitt had 21 points and Jaedon Malone had 8 points and 20 rebounds as San Joaquin Delta (3-5) cruised past Ohlone (2-6).

San Diego, CA – Golden West 75 San Diego Miramar 71

Golden West (4-5) went on the road and knocked off 10th ranked San Diego Miramar 75-71 on Saturday. It was the second loss in a row for Miramar (4-2).

Tregs Classic – Eureka, CA

Southwestern Oregon picked up a 82-78 victory over West Hills-Coalinga (3-7). Jabari Merritt had 23 points and 9 rebounds and Fredery Cuello added 23 points and 5 rebounds in the loss for the Falcons.

In the second game of the day, Darien Guyton made six three pointers and had 38 points and Trey Wilmot added 18 points as Lassen (1-10) ended their 10 game losing streak with a 98-96 overtime win over Mendocino (4-4). Marcus Neal scored a game high of 46 points and LJ Hallums added 24 points in the loss for the Eagles.

In the final game of the tournament 8th ranked Redwoods (6-2) picked up a 72-70 win over Sierra (4-3).

Oxnard, CA – Bakersfield 75 Oxnard 61

Bakersfield (5-3) went on the road and picked up a 75-61 victory over Oxnard (2-4). Aries Vega had 16 points and James Webster added 12 points in the loss for the Condors.

Porterville, CA – (14) Porterville 89 Canada 84

14th ranked Porterville (7-2) needed overtime to pick up a 89-84 overtime win over Canada (2-7).
